• Mga rason kung bakit hindi tayo umasenso?

You never tried auditing your expenses

Do you even know what your assets and liabilities are?

Basic financial literacy is so important that everyone should know the basics. It should be included in the basic education curriculum. The math required is very basic, you do not need to be an accountant to manage your own finances properly.

You do not know how to handle debt

If you notice, I’m not saying you should stay away from debt but to learn how to handle it. Poor people perceive lenders as evil entities and believe that borrowing money is a trap that will ruin their lives, while the rich see lending institutions as tools to make them richer. Reckless borrowing is very dangerous but once you learn how to handle and take advantage of debt, you will be surprised how money flows into your pocket

    You blame the government

You blame the government for the pollution, for the traffic, for the low wages, for expensive prices, for lack of jobs, for health benefits, and the long list goes on. I will not argue whether you should blame the government or not. Even if the government really is the problem, the important question is: Can you change the government? Probably not. You cannot change the government but you can change yourself. Accept the things you cannot control and focus on the things that you can change, grow, and prosper.

    You are comfortable being poor.

Being poor is not really bad if you are happy being poor. Some people are happy being poor and that is perfectly fine. We can live any kind of life we choose. So you should start asking yourself if you are really serious about wanting to become rich. Are you willing to take on the challenge of hard work, sacrifices, and perseverance on the journey to wealth? There is no right or wrong answer to this question. Think about your dreams, your family, and yourself. Then do what your heart desires.
